Thanks to both you and Sister wolf for bringing attention to this. I've been a supporter of the cleft palate foundations efforts (Not to take away from this in any way) and yes, it's an extreme challenge for anyone who suffers from any type of facial deformity. The struggle is something few of us can comprehend.
