So I found this Little Buddha Gratitude App for my iPhone.

I started my gratitude journal this past April. It seems to help the roiling waves in my head...at least for a while. I'll just list a couple of items. It's been interesting, for me at least, to read the past entries. The following list of entries are all from April.

Today, this Thanksgiving, even though I am not with my family, I'm thankful for sharing tonight's meal with friends, whom I consider loved ones. I cooked all day yesterday and will be cooking most of today. Give the people you love today a long hug...press your chest into theirs, feel their heart beating. It slows mine down.

I'm a big football fan. Last night The Main Man and I were watching The New England Patriots stomp all over the Indianapolis Colts. I mentioned that Tom Brady was married to Gisele Bundchen. The Main Man claimed ignorance! I told him that surely he would recognize the Victoria Secret Angel/Supermodel if I showed him a picture. I whipped out my trusty iPhone...googled "Gisele Images" (there must have been a million)...handed the phone back to The Main Man...and this is the picture he had highlighted when he handed the phone back to me.

One of the many reasons I love him.

In the spirit of being fair...I'm gonna regret this.
