Both Chefs are Great...

My favorite is the jambalaya and the crab cakes. I don't normally like oysters (because they kind of look like a vagina), but The Main Man insisted I try one of the charbroiled oysters and it was heavenly.

My favorite is the risotto with scallops...but, if the giant veal chop is being offered, that's my second love. Who doesn't like a huge piece of meat!?!

And...both Chefs are helping me with the next El Paso Zoo Fundraiser!

I love risottos. Meat too. I am not really that much into sea food though, but funny, I have got a Post about a lobster paella ready to be published, be alert!
Note: I tend to have more than 10 Posts already written to be published later on. I write usually in my black Moleskine with a (mechanical) pencil in a cafe or a bar's terrace or somewhere like that. Editing and posting comes like in a different act, different mood.
