This recipe did not work...my beautiful rib roast turned into charcoal. Trust your instincts! I had a bad feeling about this recipe.

...three wine tastings, one cheese tasting and lots of cheese purchased, dinner at Willmon's Prime Grill, wine on the patio, romp in the massive tub with disco lights, breakfast the next morning at The Log Cabin, then drive home to see the UTEP game.
Then up at 6am to take Dolce to the vet for a teeth cleaning...describing her breath as horrendous just doesn't do it justice.
