Friends invited us for dinner the other night. We always have great fun as they are bawdy, generous with their friendship, gregarious...and food and drink lovers. I took pictures because the meal was amazing and he worked his ass off...but, I'm just not the best food photog. I need to try harder and be more patient...or not.
Slow cooked Asian pork belly,
Parsnip purée and baby bok choy with a chile sauce

Swanson Wines...which I have fallen in love.
And the finale'...
Maple Ice Cream with Crunchy Bacon Brittle and a salted caramel macaroon on the side from Belle Sucre. Dirty words went flying out of my mouth after the first bite. Oh!! New name for the ice cream!
